Kenyon employees working 1000 hours or more annually on a continuing basis in a regular budgeted position are afforded a generous benefits package as a part of their total compensation. Kenyon is committed to supporting our employees during their working years and into retirement and provides employees with the opportunity to save for retirement through the Kenyon College Tax Deferred Annuity Plan and/or the Kenyon College Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
