For urgent mental health concerns that are not life-threatening, TELUS Health Student Support provides free, confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the app, phone  or web. If you have not yet downloaded the app, use the QR code on this page.

TELUS connects students with professional counselors who can provide immediate
support, guidance, and referrals. TELUS is not a substitute for 911 or 988 during an
emergency or life-threatening situation.

If someone is struggling but is not in immediate danger, you can contact Campus Safety, Residential Life staff, the Cox Health and Counseling Center, a faculty member, or another trusted campus employee for guidance and support.
