Transcript requests being sent electronically are processed within 1-2 business days. Mailed transcripts are printed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please plan ahead. All transcripts provided by the Registrar’s Office are official transcripts.

Financial obligations must be met before a transcript will be released.

The Registrar’s Office has partnered with Credentials Solutions for Transcripts Plus. 

In order to comply with the Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) All transcript orders require authorization.

You will be asked to provide your name as it was when you were enrolled. Please do not use your married name unless you were married when you attended.

You will be asked for your student ID number (which includes letter[s] and numbers) or the last four digits of your social security number. Your student ID number works the best. If you do not remember your student ID please complete the student ID request, while the Registrar's Office is working remotely.

Secure payment is via credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa). The cost is $7.00 per transcript copy, plus an additional $3.00 processing fee per transcript charged by Credentials Solutions Transcripts Plus.

If you request a transcript and have a hold, they are deleted after 30 days and will need to be requested again.

To order a paper copy of your transcript using check or money order, please print and complete the transcript request form and mail it to the address shown below along with $7.00 payment per transcript copy. Make checks and money orders payable to Kenyon College.

Please note: Transcripts should be mailed from any Registrar's Office directly to the intended recipient; many recipients will not accept one that has passed through other hands. We do not follow up to determine if transcripts were received by the intended recipient. If your name has changed since you attended Kenyon, be sure to inform the recipient of your previous names. This will assist them when matching the transcript to your file. Your transcript may be resent to the same address if not received within 30 days at no charge. Kenyon College reserves the right to restrict transcript service for those who violate the integrity of their Kenyon record.
