Reunion registration will open early for the 50th, 25th and Perennial reunion classes beginning on Thursday, Feb. 1. The registration fee is $50 per adult (21+).

Housing Information

Housing Options

When a member of the Class of 1974 registers for Reunion Weekend, there will be several housing options: single or double dorm room, local hotel and RV camping. 

  • If someone on the Class of 1974 Reunion Committee would like access to priority housing, we recommend you select "local hotel" when registering, unless you have made alternate plans for dorm housing, RV camping, or a local rental. 

  • If someone from the Class of 1974 registers for the local hotel housing option, they will be assigned to a Mount Vernon hotel (e.g., the Grand or Mount Vernon Inn).

  • If someone from the Class of 1974 registers for a single or double dorm room, they will be assigned to Bexley Hall on a first come, first serve basis. Once Bexley Hall has been filled, they will be assigned to Caples Hall. Please note: Caples Hall has air conditioning and an elevator. 

  • Appropriate rooms will be made available if the registrant selects “ADA housing.” 

  • If someone from the Class of 1974 registers for RV camping, their campsite will be near the baseball field on campus.

Housing Prices

  • Dorm room: $70 per night (single occupancy); $80 per night (double occupancy).
  • Local hotel: $175 per night (double occupancy) for either the Grand or Mount Vernon Inn.
  • Camping: $20 per night; back-in only and includes only electric; you may bring your own generator. There is no water onsite. Please note that we are limited on space and cannot accommodate fifth wheels.

Meal Information

Peirce Hall Servery

There are two options to pay for your meals in the Peirce Hall servery, Friday breakfast - Sunday brunch. The servery will be closed all day Thursday and on Saturday night. There are other dining options in and around town. View a list of local restaurants.

  1. "All in" Meal Package: There is an “all in” package can be purchased for each attendee so that registrants may select the appropriate price (adult/child) and share any dietary needs. The “all-in” meal pass costs $100 and will begin Friday morning and includes Friday breakfast, lunch and dinner; Saturday breakfast and lunch; and Sunday brunch. The Thursday reception, Friday class dinner and Saturday All-Reunion Soiree must be purchased separately.
  2. Pay Per Meal: If you prefer to select meals individually, you may pay per meal/per person at the Peirce Hall servery door on the day (except for Thursday lunch and dinner, and Saturday dinner).

Specialty Meals

Specialty meals are open to all 50th Reunion alumni and their guests. They include:  

  • Thursday class reception at the Hallinan’s home: $35 for each attendee. If you plan on attending you must select that option on the registration form and pay in advance.

  • Friday 1974 class dinner: Free to 50th Reunion alumni; $65 for guests.

  • Saturday 50th class cocktail hour at The Gund at Kenyon College$25 for each attendee. If you plan on attending you must select that option on the registration form and pay in advance. 
  • Saturday All-Reunion Soiree: Free to 50th Reunion alumni; $75 for guests.
