How to Submit an Event

Event organizers may submit an event to the website events calendar in the following ways:

  • Academic administrative assistants and other staff who have been trained in Kenyon’s website content management system, BigTree, can add events directly to the public events calendar using the events module in BigTree

  • Non-BigTree users should share event information with the designated page-maintainer for their department, office or organization, who can add an event to the public events calendar on their behalf. This includes student organizations that are co-sponsoring an event with a department, office or center.
