Priority on-campus housing will be available for alumni based on the registration schedule outlined above. All reunion housing will be first come, first served, so we recommend you register as early as possible based on your registration window. On-campus housing cannot be guaranteed for non-reunion year attendees, so we recommend looking into Airbnb and VRBO should you wish to stay in the area. Housing is available on Friday and Saturday evenings. Special accommodations will be available on Thursday for those in the class of 1973 and Perennial alumni celebrating a reunion beyond their 50th.

We will have RV/trailer electric-only camping spots available, but we cannot accommodate tents. The RV option is on the registration form with spots available on south campus, near the athletic fields. The Lowry Center restrooms are open for campers to use within posted hours. Portable restrooms are available outside of those hours. Dorm restrooms are also available for showers outside of the Lowry Center hours. No dumping is permitted on campus. Follow this link for area dump sites. Please dispose of all garbage in campus dumpsters. Fire pits are not permitted.

There is a $40 registration fee that covers refreshments under the hospitality tent throughout the weekend as well as an all-reunion reception on Friday evening. Housing, class dinners and meals at Peirce Hall will be the only other upfront costs when you register.

Registration allows the alumni office to plan appropriately for the event; anyone planning to attend Reunion Weekend will need to complete an online registration form.

Look for your emailed invitation to register in early 2023, as your registration window opens.

Yes, you may cancel your registration and request a full refund of your meal and housing fees up to 90 days following the date you registered. Cancellation requests following the 90 day period will incur a 3% fee from the payment processor. Yes. If you have a guest, partner or spouse in a different reunion year, please add them when you register, they will be recognized as part of your registration.

We welcome children at Reunion Weekend. Most of our events are family friendly. Gambier and greater Knox County have many activities available for children, including the Brown Family Environmental Center, Ariel-Foundation Park, Gambier Community Park, Kokosing Gap Trail and SPI Spot. During the All-Reunion Soiree on Saturday evening, we will have “kids care” from 5 - 10 p.m. in the Lowry Center. The price for this childcare will include their dinner, snacks and activities. We will also be offering family housing in the Taft Cottages. This option provides access to apartment-style accommodations. Each apartment has one double occupancy room and two single occupancy rooms.

Our reunion classes just keep getting larger and we anticipate campus to be at maximum capacity for Reunion Weekend 2023. We are excited to announce an All-Reunion Soiree that will include all classes. The soiree will take place on the evening of Saturday, May 27, in the Lowry Center. Special class dinners are being planned for our 50th milestone reunion class of 1973 and the Perennial reunion class (celebrating a reunion beyond their 50th.)

Due to the anticipated large numbers of alumni eager to return to campus, we are unable to honor any housing requests at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
