Kenyon has transitioned MyBanner (otherwise known as your Personal Access Pages) to Single Sign-On (SSO).
You will no longer sign in using your Kenyon ID number and Banner PIN. Instead, you’ll be redirected to Kenyon’s SSO page, where you will log in with your Kenyon username (the part of your email address before @kenyon.edu) and your Kenyon password. And because Kenyon’s SSO is protected by DUO, you will be asked to confirm your identity using DUO before you are logged into your Personal Access Pages.
To enroll in the DUO Security Authentication Application (it takes two minutes), please go to Enroll in Duo. If you have a smartphone, the most secure option is to receive push notifications from the Duo Mobile App. Download DUO Mobile for free from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
If you don’t own a smartphone, you can sign up to have Duo call your mobile phone or send you a text message for login confirmation.
To access your Personal Access Pages once you have enrolled in the Duo Security Authentication system, you will still sign into remote.kenyon.edu using your Kenyon username and password. After that, Duo will prompt you to provide a second means of verification in order to enter MyBanner.
To print your paycheck stub, simply enter your Kenyon ID number (any letters must be capitalized) and PIN number then click on Login. Click on Employee at the main menu. Then click on Pay Information followed by Pay Stub. Choose the appropriate pay stub year from the drop down box then click on Display. Click on the underlined Pay Stub Date to display the paycheck stub. This form is then printable.
