Shipping to Students During the Academic Year

Since residence hall doors are not accessible to non-students, all packages shipped to students during the academic year must be sent to one of the following addresses, depending upon your shipper's preference:

When deliveries arrive at the Campus Mail Center (CMC) on the lower level of Gund Commons, students will receive notifications via email. Students must pick up their delivery at CMC within three days, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. They must show their student ID or other picture ID to receive their delivery, and nothing will be released to anyone except the student addressed. Items not picked up within the three days may be returned to sender as unclaimed.

Food items (pizza, etc.) ordered by a student are the responsibility of the student. Students must meet delivery people at the door of their residence halls to receive items.

Note: The Campus Mail Center will be open on Saturday, August 21 from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Shipping to Students Before Classes Begin

(August 9 - 25, 2021)

Upperclass students are encouraged to ship packages to their current P.O. box via the United States Postal Service (USPS). These packages will be available for pick-up at the Gambier Post Office upon arrival to campus. Please note that some merchants will not ship to a PO Box; in that case, packages should be shipped to:

Please note: no large furniture deliveries (sofas, futons, etc.) will be accepted and should not be shipped prior to arrival. Students must make arrangements themselves with the shipping company to coordinate and receive delivery when the arrive on campus.   

Early Arrivals

Some students are permitted to arrive to campus early, although packages should still arrive no earlier than August 9. Please consult program directors or coaches regarding early arrival dates.

Off-Campus Storage

All personal belongings must be removed from residence halls at the end of spring semester or within 72 hours if withdrawing from Kenyon during the academic year. Any items left in the halls will be discarded or donated.
