Students and families sending packages to campus, including packages sent before the start of the academic year, should refer to the instructions for their class year below. Information regarding food deliveries and storage is also available on this site. 

Class of 2025 and Class of 2026 

The Classes of 2025 and 2026 receive mail and packages at the Campus Mail Center (CMC), located on the lower level of Gund Commons and operated by the College. Please use this shipping address for packages:

When deliveries arrive at the CMC during  the academic year, students will receive notifications via email. Students must pick up their delivery at CMC within three days, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. They must show their student ID or other picture ID to receive their delivery, and nothing will be released to anyone except the student addressed. Items not picked up within the three days may be returned to sender as unclaimed.

Shipping Before Classes Begin

Packages should arrive no earlier than August 8. 

NOTE: The Campus Mail Center will be open on Saturday, August 20, 2022, from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Large Furniture Deliveries

No large furniture deliveries (sofas, futons, etc.) will be accepted and should not be shipped prior to arrival. Students must make arrangements themselves with the shipping company to coordinate and receive delivery when they arrive on campus.

Class of  2023 and Class of 2024

The Classes of 2023 and 2024 are encouraged to ship packages to their current P.O. Box via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping Before Arrival

Packages will be available for pick-up at the Gambier Post Office upon arrival to campus. 

If Your Merchant Will Not Ship to a P.O. Box.

Please note that some merchants will not ship to a P.O. Box. In that case packages should be shipped to the Campus Mail Center in Gund Commons using the following address:

Food Deliveries

The Campus Mail Center does not accept local food deliveries. Students must meet delivery people at the door of their residence halls and apartments to receive items.

Off-Campus Storage

All personal belongings must be removed from residence halls at the end of spring semester or within 72 hours if withdrawing from Kenyon during the academic year. Any items left in the halls will be discarded or donated.
