Students and families sending packages to campus, including packages sent before the start of the academic year, should refer to the instructions below. Information regarding food deliveries and storage is also available on this site.

Mailing Address

All students receive mail and packages at the Campus Mail Center (CMC), located on the lower level of Gund Commons and operated by the College. Please use this shipping address for packages and reference "Gund Commons Loading Dock" on the delivery instructions for an order:

Students must pick up their delivery at CMC within three days, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. They must show their student ID or other picture ID to receive their delivery, and nothing will be released to anyone except the student addressed. Items not picked up within the three days may be returned to sender as unclaimed.

Shipping Before Classes Begin

Packages should arrive no earlier than Monday, August 12, 2024.

Large Furniture Deliveries

No large furniture deliveries (sofas, futons, etc.) will be accepted and should not be shipped prior to arrival. Students must make arrangements themselves with the shipping company to coordinate and receive delivery when they arrive on campus.

Food Deliveries

The Campus Mail Center does not accept local food deliveries. Students must meet delivery people at the door of their residence halls and apartments to receive items.

Off-Campus Storage

All personal belongings must be removed from residence halls at the end of spring semester or within 72 hours if withdrawing from Kenyon during the academic year. Any items left in the halls will be discarded or donated.

While there are no on-campus storage options during the academic year or over the summer, local storage facilities and shipping businesses are available:
