Consortium on High Achievement and Success (CHAS)

Consortium of Liberal Arts Colleges (CLAC)
The Consortium of Liberal Arts Colleges is an organization comprising many of the top liberal arts colleges in the United States, chartered to explore and promote the use of information technology in the service of our liberal arts educational missions.

Council of Independent Colleges (CIC)
CIC is the major national service organization for all small and mid-sized, independent, liberal arts colleges and universities in the U.S.

Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR)
The mission of the Council on Undergraduate Research is to support and promote high-quality mentored undergraduate research, scholarship, and creative inquiry. 

The Five Colleges of Ohio (OHIO5)
A consortium of The College of Wooster, Denison University, Kenyon College, Oberlin College, and Ohio Wesleyan University.

Great Lakes College Association
(GLCA)
The Great Lakes Colleges Association is a consortium of twelve, private liberal arts colleges located in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio with a mission to preserve and strengthen its member institutions as private colleges of liberal arts and sciences.

National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO)
Located in Washington, D.C., NACUBO serves a membership of more than 2,500 colleges, universities, and higher education service providers across the country.

The Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges (OFIC) 
The Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges (OFIC) helps students by soliciting financial support from corporate donors that believe strongly in higher education.

Higher Education Data Sharing Consortium (HEDS)
Kenyon College is a member of the Higher Education Data Sharing (HEDS) Consortium, which consists of more than one hundred small, private, nonprofit institutions around the country that are committed to sharing and using information to more fully enact their missions and promote effective liberal arts education.

Integrated Post Education Data Sharing System (IPEDS)
Data from federally mandated surveys on institutional characteristics, enrollments, finances, staff, tuition and fees, and financial aid for all postsecondary institutions receiving federal funding. IPEDS is the core data collection program for NCES.

A tool to obtain information on any institution. Helpful to parents and prospective students in comparing schools.

Classification of Instructional Programs (CIP)

National Center for Education Statistics (NCES)
Easily accessible data, aggregated by state and nationally, on all levels of education in the US: e.g., high school and college graduates, enrollments in post-secondary institutions, degrees awarded, distance learning, and income of college graduates.

National Science Foundation (NSF)
Data on domestic and international resources for science, engineering, and technology. Tool to access a large body of statistical data collected by NSF on science and engineering at U.S. academic institutions.

U.S. Census Bureau
Data from the 2000 U.S. census and data at the county and state levels on such topics as income, poverty level, and housing.

A national information system providing access to education literature and resources.

North Central Higher Learning Commission Association (HLC) The Higher Learning Commission is part of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The Association was founded in 1895 and is one of six regional institutional accrediting associations in the United States.

Delta Cost Project
The Delta Cost Project focuses on using public data and strong analysis to understand how colleges and universities are spending money and identifying the biggest cost drivers in various education sectors. The Project began as an initiative under the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) but the analytic work has been taken over by the American Institutes for Research since 2012. The data provided by the Project are clean, comparable, and unbiased and serve as a great resource for those interested in understanding the rising costs of higher education in America.
