As the central building between Lewis Hall and Norton Hall, Gund Hall is in a prime location to take advantage of the open green space that makes up the "first-year quad." Gund is coeducational by hall--men and women living on opposite ends of the floor, separated by large central lounges and doors . As with all first-year residence halls, Gund is a smoke-free and alcohol-free living area. This is a break housing building. All rooms in Gund Hall are doubles.
Gund Hall was updated in the Summer of 2014. The beds are extra-long and movable. The floor is tile, so a rug will be a warm addition. Gund has a TV lounge on the first floor, and a lounge space for small student gatherings on the second floor.
