Located on the south end of campus near Old Kenyon Residence Hall, Thomas Hall’s brand-new apartments are configured primarily for groups of four students, living in either two double rooms or one double room and two single rooms. A handful of apartments house six students in two double rooms and two single rooms.
Built to accommodate a wide range of accessibility needs, Thomas Hall is fully accessible by elevator and has ADA-compliant bathrooms for wheelchair users.
Each light-filled apartment boasts a generous living and dining area with a full kitchen. Double rooms feature their own en-suite bathrooms, while single rooms share a second bathroom. All bedrooms have built-in bookcases.
Thomas is air-conditioned and has multiple common lounges and in-building laundry facilities.
