The Morgan Apartments offer a shared living arrangement for groups of three students, each in their own single room. The bottom floor of each apartment is a shared common space with living room, dining room and full kitchen.

Conveniently located near Peirce Hall and midway between the center of the village and the Lowry Center. Only the third-floor room has an air conditioning unit. Limited adjacent parking is available for residents but not guaranteed. Laundry facilities are available in Farr Hall.

Also known as the “Milk Cartons,” or “Milks,” these modernist apartments were designed by Kenyon alumnus James D. Morgan ’57 (1934-2023). In 1965, the Ohio Society of Architects presented the project with a merit award, praising its “fresh imaginative approach to garden apartment design” and its “contemporary approach to the tradition of Ohio architecture.”
