Kenyon uses a passive enrollment, meaning if you do not wish to make any changes to your current coverage it will simply rollover into the new year.
For the benefit year 2024-2025, Kenyon has increased health insurance premiums by 5% for participating employees following a six tier salary pay structure for monthly premium rates. View the new rates for 2024-25.
What You Need to Do
All employees should review the information below and make decisions before June 1, 2024. The benefits that you elect during open enrollment will be effective from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. If you do not want to make any changes to your benefits, you do not need to do anything. If you want to make a change please complete the eTrieve form and click submit at the bottom.
You will not be able to make changes to your elections until open enrollment for 2025, unless you experience a valid Qualifying Event.

No forms will be accepted via campus mail. OPEN ENROLLMENT FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY.
Flexible Spending Accounts are renewed on an annual basis. If you wish to renew your FSA please complete the eTrieve form by June 1, 2024.
Annual limit for the Healthcare account has raised to $3,200 and the Dependent account remains at $5,000.
Vision Benefits
VSP vision benefits were added in 2020. Please note that an annual eye exam is no longer covered under the medical plan. If you visit your eyecare provider annually, and expect this visit to be covered by insurance, you should enroll in the vision plan. Learn more about vision benefits at Kenyon.
