Update on COVID-19 Work Policies


As the nation enters a new phase of the pandemic and we transition to more normal operations, Kenyon College remains committed to lowering the risk of COVID-19 transmission and illness and working to protect the health and safety of our employees, students and guests. The College has updated its return to campus protocols based on the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and the Ohio Department of Health. These new protocols will go into effect on June 2, 2021 — please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the guidelines.

The College also has adopted a remote work policy recognizing the value and viability of remote work when both the employee and the position are suited to such an arrangement. This policy was developed with input from Staff Council and approved by Senior Staff on May 25.
