Dear Kenyon community,
Based on the results we have received to date from entry-testing, Kenyon will shift to Campus Activity Level 2 (moderate precaution), effective at 4 p.m. today, Jan. 26. Masking is still required in all public spaces on campus, but this shift allows meetings and events to proceed in person with greater freedom. While the Omicron variant remains present in Gambier and cases remain high in Knox County, we are confident that the Kenyon community will continue to take care of one another. Rapid tests remain available to students at the Mail Center in Gund Commons, and we encourage everyone to keep making responsible choices.
Any currently remote courses should return to in-person instruction no later than Monday, Jan. 31. Organizations, offices and groups with questions about particular events can reach out to events@kenyon.edu for more specific guidance.
