Yegor is a program coordinator at the Center for Global Engagement and helps with international student advising, programs and pre-orientation. He studied at Kazakh American Free University whereby he achieved a bachelor's degree with honors in business administration, and then a master’s degree in economic science. He was also an international student at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. 

Prior to working at Kenyon, he was the head of marketing and admissions at the English International School in Moscow. For many years he also worked at EF Education First, an international company that specializes in language training, educational travel and academic degrees.
