Off-campus study can be a deeply rewarding part of your academic career and a life-changing experience. At Kenyon, our approach to off-campus study is based on intensive advising and a careful application process. The Center for Global Engagement works closely with you, to help you choose a program that meshes with your on-campus coursework and your major. We also connect you to professors who know the culture you'll be encountering, fellow students who have just returned from the same program—and, often, other Kenyon students who happen to be natives of the country where you're headed.
About half of every junior class studies off campus, spending either a semester or a full year away. You can choose from more than 150 programs in more than 50 countries. Kenyon sponsors its own programs in England, Italy, and Belize. There are also a number of programs that offer special opportunities elsewhere in the United States.
