Kenyon has updated its plans for returning to campus, offering in-person and remote instruction. Read more here.
For the 2020–21 academic year, Kenyon College will offer a mix of in-person and remote instruction, welcoming every student to campus for at least one semester.
First-years, sophomores and new transfer students will be in residence for the fall semester; we hope to be able to invite all students to campus for the spring, but if conditions do not improve we will invite juniors and seniors. We will reserve space on campus both semesters for international students, regardless of class year, and for other students with exceptional circumstances. The fall semester will begin one week later, August 31, to accommodate the shift.
Thanks to everyone who joined us for our students and families forum on Wednesday, July 15. A recording of the session is available on our livestream channel. Questions from the event were answered here. For additional questions not answered on this website, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Information about the process for electing an alternative plan of study — studying remotely rather than in person, petitioning to be on campus during your remote semester, delaying your entrance, or taking time off from Kenyon — is available online, or you can follow the links below directly to the relevant forms.
