Course pages are stored in Moodle for four academic years past their completion. Faculty members will, therefore, have access to all of a student’s work on Moodle during a normal 4-year enrollment and in the year after they graduate. A faculty member should not lose their most current iteration of the Moodle page for a regular course; almost all repeating courses at Kenyon are taught every other year or more often.
Faculty members may still wish to maintain their own archives of older version of courses, or the student work held therein. CIP staff will work with you to find a useful storage solution. Please feel free to contact Joe Murphy with any questions.
As of Summer 2022, we no longer maintain any individual archive servers for old courses.
