Dear members of the Kenyon College community,
The search for Kenyon’s 20th president continues apace. The College began advertising the position in early February, soon after the leadership profile was finalized. Nominations and applications are arriving steadily, with many promising candidates expressing interest in Kenyon. Together with our partners at Storbeck Search, the search committee will review, assess and build a pool of outstanding candidates to advance to the next stage of the search.
We were delighted that so many of you provided input on the qualities to seek in our next president — more than 1,500 members of the Kenyon community shared their views and aspirations via our online survey. This input will provide a strong foundation for the committee’s deliberations over the coming weeks and months.
While the details of the search are necessarily confidential, the committee will provide regular updates on our progress throughout the spring.
