Earlier this month, Social Board put on Kenyon’s Got Talent in the Gund Commons Ballroom. The competition, judged by Dean of Students Brian Janssen, Director of Campus Safety Michael Sweazey and Campus Life Graduate Assistant Xavi Boes, featured a variety musical acts, poetry reading and stand-up comedy.

Sydney Goldstein ’24 was awarded first prize for her performance of “No One Else” from the musical Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812. Second and third prizes were awarded to an original poem reading by Lillian Webb ’25 and a musical performance by Lucca Burgess ’26, respectively.

Prince Adablah ’23 captured the fun and creativity on display that night. As the Kenyon Collegian reports, Social Board president Lilly Richart ’23 noted that “People seemed to have a fun time, and we are always happy to provide a platform for students to perform and showcase what they love.”
