The Kenyon Fund Executive Committee is the leadership group for the Kenyon Fund, which has an extensive volunteer network comprised of over 300 volunteers who encourage their fellow alumni and alumnae to support the Kenyon Fund.

These volunteers may be class agents, reunion committee members, callers or former student volunteers. The KFEC meets three times per year, in-person during Homecoming and Reunion weekend and virtually in February.

About KFEC

The KFEC is comprised of a chair, vice chair, former chair, class agent chair and other members who represent various strategic constituencies of the Kenyon Fund. Members of the Committee serve a three-year term, renewable once; the chair serves a two-year term. At any time during a chair's term, a vice chair may be appointed by the College in consultation with the chair. The appointment of the vice chair (who will succeed the chair) will normally be made, however, before the beginning of the chair's second campaign year.

Responsibilities

Members are responsible for:

  • Advising staff on goals and strategies for the annual Kenyon Fund effort
  • Evaluating results of most recent Kenyon Fund in order to identify opportunities for greater fundraising success and areas that need improvement
  • Serving as liaisons between volunteers and staff at the College
  • Assisting with all aspects of the Kenyon Fund
  • Assisting with cultivation and recognition of donors
