Madrid has worked in political consulting in California and nationally for three decades. Co-host of the Latino Vote podcast and author of "The Latino Century: How America's Largest Minority Is Transforming Democracy" (Simon & Schuster 2024), Madrid received the UnidosUS Capital Award in 2023.
