The Office of Student Engagement and Social Board present a campus tradition featuring an outside picnic, food trucks at no cost to students, a t-shirt giveaway (while supplies last) and an outdoor concert. Summer Sendoff will take place Friday, April 28, from 5 - 10 p.m. on the South Quad near the Ascension/Ransom Hall lawns.

The Pittsburgh pop and hip-hop duo Social House will headline the concert, which will also include a performance from Kenyon's Battle of the Bands winner, Paul Obie.

The picnic will be provided by AVI Food Services, and Peirce Dining Hall will be closed.

Our goal is to have a safe and fun event for all participants and performers. Please note that no belongings are allowed in the fenced in area of the event.

Each attendee will be age verified (wristbands for those 21+) and students must show their K-cards to gain entrance into the event. For those who are of legal age and interested in purchasing alcohol for the event, there is a limit of three drinks per individual. Drink tickets will be available for $5 each, cash only.
