Professor Catherine Herrold was a D3 swimmer at Mount Holyoke, winning NCAA All-American honors. She continues to swim daily to this day and competes in Masters swimming events. Professor Herrold's visit includes an event that will be a conversation with student-athletes: "Reflections on Being a Division III Student-Athlete — How it has Shaped my Life in the Years Since." That conversation will take place at Common Hour (11:10-noon), Thursday, September 29, in Lowry 102.
