For this week’s colloquium, we will hear from one of our post-baccalaureate researchers, Eve Currens '25, about her research with Professor Tom Giblin studying the dynamics of the early universe through numerical simulations. She will present the first simulations showing the formation of primordial black holes from cosmological processes, and how these simulations were developed.

Join us on Thursday, Dec. 4, for this exciting special presentation from Eve. Lunch will be available in Hayes 216 from 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., and the presentation will begin in Hayes 211/213 at 12:10 p.m. We hope to see you there!
