Have you ever considered teaching or a career in K-12 schools? Curious about pathways and opportunities with independent/private or international schools?

In this information and Q&A session, Nicole Furlonge P'27, 29 will be discussing her vast experience teaching in independent schools and training future educators. Furlonge is currently the executive director of the Klingenstein Center at Columbia University where she teaches, researches and leads its programs for independent school leadership.

Come learn about what a role or career in independent and international K-12 education entails and advice on how to prepare for these opportunities. Furlonge will provide insights and is eager to have a conversation driven by your questions.

Please indicate your intent to attend by registering on Handshake. We'll start around 4:10 p.m., but come for as much as you can, when you can since this will largely be Q&A. Furlonge will stay after for a bit for additional questions if there are any.

Some snacks will be provided.
