The Kenyon community is invited to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival, a traditional festival in Chinese culture. Similar holidays are celebrated in Japan (Tsukimi), Korea (Chuseok), Vietnam (Tết Trung Thu) and other countries in East and Southeast Asia. Mid-Autumn Festival aligns with a full moon and celebrates the end of the autumn harvest with family gatherings, lanterns and mooncakes.

Our celebration will be at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 12, in the Gund Commons Ballroom. Please join us for a fun-filled evening of mooncakes, tea, student stories and prizes.

This event is sponsored by Jack Au '73, AMES, MLL, CGE, ODEI, Chinese Culture Club and Kenyon Asian Identities.
