Rebecca has spent two decades working across five continents with organizations including the National Democratic Institute, American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative, Parliamentarians for Global Action, and Citizens for Global Solutions. Her work has included supporting democratic institutions, international courts, human rights and the rule of law around the world.
She currently convenes the Washington Working Group for the International Criminal Court and works with organizations focused on strengthening international judicial institutions and upholding international law.
