Madeleine Oehlers was born and raised in Springfield, Ohio. She is currently a junior at Kenyon, pursuing a major in music with the long-term goal of becoming a voice teacher.
At Kenyon, she co-founded and serves as co-president of the fashion magazine Fashion In Trend (F.I.T.). She is also the music director of the all-female a cappella group the Owl Creek Singers, as well as the music librarian and a member of the Kenyon College Chamber Singers, the college’s premier choir. Her recital will be performed with accompanist Corey Strinka.
