The Kenyon Jazz Ensembles (combo and big band), under the direction of Professor of Music Ted Buehrer, join forces to present a spring concert on Friday, April 19, at 7:30 p.m. in Rosse Hall. Come out and hear music by Trombone Shorty, Radiohead, Laufey, The Crusaders, Benny Goodman, Horace Silver and more. This performance is dedicated to our seniors Sam Chafe, Tommy Cody, Phillip Diamond, Osi Holt, Jonah Meisels, Jackson Oberhauser, Isaac Tjandra and Tali Tufeld.
The rest of the bands' personnel include: juniors Peiyan Huang, Kyle Kelley, Loch McRae and Ben Warshavsky; sophomores Bradley Dow, Jonathan Lee, Nicholas Kloor, Celia Schwartz and Katie Taylor; first-years Jason Fakler, Jaewoo Han, Jory Kanaan, Sam Lawyer, Sebastian Miller, Jordan Shaevitz and Kat Skillings; and community member Dan Laskin.
