The next IT systems maintenance window is scheduled for Wednesday, May 21st 4:30 p.m. - Midnight Eastern time. Typically, we schedule systems maintenance activities during academic breaks to minimize disruption as we apply important security updates and patches to Kenyon's systems. We recognize there is no perfect time for maintenance, and we sought to find a time that would minimize disruption.
Throughout the maintenance window, we will be applying changes and updates to Kenyon's servers. Most updates require a system restart so there will be service disruptions for many services including Banner, Moodle, file servers, and other web servers.
At this time, there are no scheduled outages that would affect on campus internet and WiFi or Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc).
We appreciate your understanding and patience while we perform critical maintenance to keep Kenyon's services up-to-date.
