Join choreographer, dancer and teacher Priya Murle for a masterclass in a form of Indian classical dance.
Murle has been in the field of Bharatanatyam for four decades. A senior disciple of Professor Sudharani Raghupathy, Murle has choreographed thematic and group programs that have received rave acclaim. She is also the artistic director of Shri Silambam Academcy of Fine Arts, educating students of all ages in Bharatanatyam. Her students perform extensively and are recognized for their outstanding performances.
Priya Murle, along with Shreya Nagarajan Singh, launched a research initiative in 2021, Parivartan, which provides grants for short term research projects. With many accolades to her name, Murle is a torch bearer for her generation in her commitment to her art.
