Annually recognized in May, Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month is a commemoration and celebration of the cultural and historical contributions of the Asian and Pacific Islander (API) community.
In collaboration with Kenyon Asian Identities (KAI) and other campus partners, the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has planned a full roster of events and programs.

- Reusable chopstick giveaway sponsored by Kenyon Asian Identities (KAI) from Friday, May 7, to Sunday, May 9, in Peirce Hall
- Screening of "Sushi: The Global Catch" co-sponsored by KAI on Monday, May 10, at 4 p.m. EDT via Zoom
- Podcast with Emily Jungmin Yoon sponsored by the Kenyon Review available asynchronously all month long
- China: Culture and Society Database available from LBIS asynchronously all month long.
