Rachel Blau DuPlessis is a poet, critic and collagist. Her work in poetry includes the multi-volume long poem "Drafts" (1986-2012), and the episodic serial work "Traces, with Days" (from 2015). Published in 2022 is her "Selected Poems 1980-2020" from Chax Press. Forthcoming in 2023 are "A Long Essay on the Long Poem" from University of Alabama Press, the collage poem "Life in Handkerchiefs" from Materialist Press, and "Daykeeping" (2020) from Selva Oscura. 

DuPlessis has written extensively in books and essays on gender, poetry and poetics. Her work on objectivist poetry and poetics includes editing "The Selected Letters of George Oppen."
