Jalene R. Fox came to Kenyon in 1998 as the assistant to the NCA self-study and reaccreditation office. Following the successful review, she served 14 years as the faculty administrative assistant to the Integrated Program of Humane Studies, the Center for the Study of American Democracy and the Department of Political Science. In 2014, she joined the Office of the Provost as the Faculty Resources Specialist.

Jalene has served on a variety of campus committees including Staff Council, the Compensation Task Force, Kenyon Web Redesign, the Newman and Woodward prize committee and PACT. Jalene has also been active in the community by serving on the board of New Directions, coordinating fundraisers for Knox Starting Point and co-directing the Mount Vernon City Schools levy campaign.

Jalene is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene College in Mount Vernon, Ohio, where she received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and business administration.
