Emily Shackle joined Kenyon College as a staff member in June 2019 and has had the opportunity to work across several divisions of the College. She began her Kenyon career in Student Affairs, working in the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for several years before spending nearly four years in Advancement within the Office of Alumni and Parent Engagement.
She currently serves as associate director of campus events and internal client lead in the Office of Campus Events within the President’s Division. In this role, she helps plan and manage major College events and partners with colleagues across campus to ensure events and programs are thoughtfully planned and successfully executed.
A longtime member of the local community, Emily has lived in Knox County for more than a decade. She resides locally with her husband and their two daughters and is grateful for the opportunity to contribute both to the Kenyon community and to the community she calls home.
