Don't Go It Alone.

Kenyon alumni are here for you. They were in your shoes once, dust-covered from Middle Path. Now they reside in every corner of industry, scattered across the globe. We'll help you find them, learn from them, and add them to your constellation of Kenyon connections who are there to support you through every career milestone.

Alumni Outcomes

New to Networking? Start with Your Peers.

Kenyon attracts a talented community of students from around the world. They will be your friends, your confidants and eventually your professional network! We create catalysts for this transformation to begin at Kenyon.

  • Students chatting

    Peer Advisors

Build confidence talking to your peers about career aspirations — and get your resume reviewed in the process! The Career Development Office hires students to coach others on preparing an application while normalizing peer collaboration during the job search.

  • Student interning

    You Should Do This Internship

Students pay it forward to their peers by presenting on internships they landed — and loved — in the series, "You Should Do This Internship!"

  • Students on campus

    Team Up for Rewards

Add a teammate for Kenyon's award-winning program, CDO Rewards. Collaboration not only yields better results, it also leads to more prize opportunities!

There's No One Way to Network

At Kenyon, we're all about relationships — which is core to mentorship too! The opportunities to connect with alumni are limited only by your imagination, but we create a few options to help you get started.

Just Ask to Connect with Alumni

Our AI-powered tool will search the alumni database for the alum with the relevant background to support you in your career aspirations. All you have to do is ask.

Find a Job Shadow Opportunity

A job shadow is an opportunity for students to explore a career of interest by observing an alum, parent or other volunteer in their place of work, typically for 1-5 days.

Try a Professional Extension Project

Profession Extension Projects (PEPs) are project-based learning opportunities designed and offered by Kenyon alumni and parents who offer coaching and feedback.

Request a Dedicated Alumni Mentor

When you put in the work, we supercharge your process by asking a successful alum in the field of your interest to mentor you for six months. Unlock this resource at level 3 of our award-winning Rewards Program.
