Recognizing Each Other's Ability to Conquer the Hill (REACH) is a peer mentoring program coordinated by the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. REACH connects first- and second-year students with juniors and seniors who have similar experiences and backgrounds. These peer mentors help students adjust academically, emotionally and socially to campus life — and set them up for success at Kenyon.
To achieve this goal, REACH has two components: the REACH mentoring program and the REACH tutorial program.
Eligibility
Enrollment in REACH is open to first-year and second-year students who feel they could benefit from the additional support that the program provides, including first-generation and/or lower-income students. Unlike KEEP, enrollment in REACH is available once students arrive on campus, and more information about how to become connected to the program is available from the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
