Important Resources

Travel Arrangements

All students arriving at John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) will be picked up by a Kenyon shuttle driver at the baggage claim area. Prior to your departure, you will receive an additional email from Kennedey Bell, administrative assistant to the Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, with specific information about your shuttle to campus.

Summer Housing and Mail

Room assignments will be made prior to your arrival. All scholars will live in Norton Residence Hall. You will receive a temporary room key, your student ID, and a Summer Programs card for access to buildings upon arrival.

Materials Provided

In Norton, your KEEP/STEM housing and programming coordinator will have access to limited supplies that are available for you to use. This will include over-the-counter medicine (ibuprofen, allergy pills, first aid kits, etc.), toiletries, detergent and other miscellaneous items. We will cover meal and admission costs to all events on and off campus. We also will have an assortment of board games and some athletic equipment for recreational use throughout the summer. You will have access to the Lowry Center throughout the summer with your K-Card (provided to you upon your arrival). All textbooks, notebooks, pens/pencils and other materials needed for classes will be provided upon your arrival.
