After you have scheduled the details of your visit with the Office of Admissions (including an interview, class visit, overnight stay in the dorms when appropriate, campus tour, etc.), you may request a shuttle by following up with the Office of Admissions on the details of your flights. Please contact the Office of Admissions at least 10 days prior to your visit to arrange a shuttle.
When scheduling your flights, please keep in mind that Gambier is located approximately one hour away from Port Columbus. Please consider the times of your flights as you will need to arrive at the airport at least 1-1.5 hours prior to your takeoff. For example, if your flight leaves at 6:00am, you will need to catch a shuttle from campus at 4:00am at the very latest, which may cause a hardship to you, and our shuttle drivers.
