The Bicentennial Advisory Committee is pleased to announce that special project grants are available to departments, offices, organizations, teams, alumni groups and others to mark Kenyon's 200th anniversary. Funding can support campus beautification, permanent and temporary installations, performances, research projects, events and other creative ideas that recognize Kenyon’s 200th birthday. Preference will be given to projects that benefit and/or are open to the whole campus.
Grants will range from several hundred to several thousand dollars, unless the committee deems them especially worthy of additional funding (based on long-term campus impact). Recipients must conclude their projects in the 2024 calendar year. The committee is pausing the awarding of grants over the summer, although applications are still being accepted. Grant awards will resume in the fall and continue being evaluated monthly until November.
