Therapy groups will be in the Cox Health and Counseling Center second floor conference room (202). Group times will occur from 4 - 5 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
This group draws from techniques and principles associated with acceptance and commitment therapy, rational-emotive/cognitive-behavioral theories, and mindfulness to target symptoms of anxiety and stress.

This educational group explores substance use and opportunities to develop strategies for harm reduction/ risk management with an emphasis on informed choices.
This group is for individuals struggling with depression. Group members will be given the space to support, listen, and learn from each other. The goals of this group are to:
• Help students understand the experience of depression
• Explore how thoughts and behaviors impact depression
• Make changes to those thoughts and behaviors to manage symptoms
• Generate ideas and goals to improve mood
This group explores experiences, emotions, and perceptions while creating art using a variety of mediums and techniques. Both during and after creating we discuss, process, build self-awareness and foster social bonding.
