About the Kenyon Inn Student Housing Option
Chosen for its convenient campus location, the Kenyon Inn is temporarily transitioning to student housing, accommodating about 59 students in double-occupancy rooms. Students can opt to live in the Kenyon Inn during the regular housing selection process. Please note: Students who choose this option for the fall semester must relocate for the spring semester by participating in the spring housing selection process.
- Furnishings: Residence hall furniture will be placed in each room.
Housekeeping: Housekeeping will clean in-room bathrooms once a week.
Security: Students will have keycard or key access. Campus Safety will have presence in the building.
Residential Life: A Community Advisor (CA) will be assigned to live in residence. The lobby, restaurant and Newman Room will be separate from residence spaces via fire doors. The restaurant will remain fully operational.
Laundry: Students will use the laundry facilities at Farr Hall.
- Parking: Student parking will not be available at the Inn. Students may only park their vehicles in the student lots for which their parking permit allows.
- The rate will be the standard residence hall rate.
- Students will be required to be on the meal plan.
