  • 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Fun, Food & Flowers at the BFEC featuring food trucks for guests to purchase lunches from at the Brown Family Environmental Center
  • 3 p.m. Registration and information center opens for check-in at the Kenyon College Bookstore
  • 5:30 - 7 p.m. Dinner in the Peirce Hall servery
  • 7 - 8 p.m. Class of 2020 dessert reception hosted by the Office of Alumni and Parent Engagement in the Peirce Lawn hospitality tent
  • 8 - 11 p.m. DJ Dance Party with Lo-Key Entertainment in the Gund Commons Ballroom (use this form to request songs)
  • 10 p.m. Registration and information center closes

Sunday, May 22

  • 7:30 - 9 a.m. Breakfast in the Peirce Hall servery
  • 8 a.m. Registration and information center opens for check-out at the bookstore
  • 8 a.m. Breakfast for international graduates at Hoehn-Saric House
  • 9 a.m. Commencement rehearsal for graduates on Samuel Mather Lawn (rain site: Toan Track, Lowry Center). Caps and gowns will be distributed at this time and those inducted into Phi Beta Kappa in the spring of 2020 will be able to sign the Phi Beta Kappa book
  • 10 a.m. All guests must have checked out of the residence halls; room keys must be turned in at the registration and information center in the bookstore
  • 10 a.m. Doors open for guests to find seating at the ceremony site on Samuel Mather Lawn (rain site: Toan Track, Lowry Center)
  • 10 a.m. Lineup for the academic processional begins (faculty and graduates) on Middle Path (rain site: Lowry Center)
  • 10:30 a.m. 192nd Commencement Ceremony begins; doors open at 10 a.m. on Samuel Mather Lawn (rain site: Lowry Center) Watch the livestream.

Immediately following the ceremony:

  • Senior Sing and class photo on the steps of Rosse Hall
  • Commencement picnic lunch; boxed lunches distributed near ceremony site
  • 5 p.m. Registration and information center closes
