Below, you'll find a list of tools we use and support. Feel free to browse the learning materials and contact us for more information.

Google Tools

  • Setting up appointment slots/schedules in Google Calendar: Set aside bookable time on your calendar for appointments instead of emailing back and forth with your available times to meet. Use appointment schedules to create automatic buffers between appointments, set a maximum number of appointments to be booked in one day, and to automatically adapt to your ever-changing calendar. • Filtering emails out of your inbox into specialized folders: If you find that your inbox is getting so inundated mailing list emails and you're missing important emails in the deluge, consider setting filters for list-servs so that only the most important and pressing emails grace your inbox. • Identifying project time in Google Calendar: You can use "events," "tasks" or "focus time" in Google calendar to make sure you earmark time for projects and development. Events allow for reminders, tasks can be checked off one by one and focus time can auto decline new meetings and mute chat notifications. View a video.
  • Using Gmail to forward emails to your phone via text: Going into the advanced options in your inbox, you can forward emails to your phone for convenience. View a video.
