In October, Kenyon celebrates the history and achievements of the LGBTQ+ community, and we are excited to share this year's LGBTQ+ History Month roster of events.
The keynote address on rural pride organizing will take place on Thursday, Oct. 21, at 7 p.m. EDT via Zoom. The speaker will be Kimberly Creasap (she/her), the director of the Susan Hirt Hagen Center for Civic and Urban Engagement at Wittenberg University. Focused on her forthcoming new book, this address will explore the ways in which rural pride groups and festivals form, organize and create community.
