
Tracy has more than 10 years’ experience building career programs and coaching students and professionals in career and life design in two-year and four-year academic settings. She excels in areas of program, workshop and career curriculum development and execution; training and developing career coaches, graduate and student-peer coaches; and developing meaningful relationships with various stakeholders interested in developing talent pipelines. She has worked with students from a wide-array of programs and majors, assisting them in finding internship and job opportunities across the United States.
She also brings with her 10+ years professional and entrepreneurial experience gained in the small business development, communications, marketing and web design and consulting sectors.
A native of Cincinnati, Tracy attended Ohio University, earning a B.S. in journalism with a minor in theater arts. She is also an ordained Interfaith Minister, a Gallup Strengths Educator and Facilitator, Global Career Development Facilitator, and NCDA Facilitating Career Development Instructor.
Her hobbies include fiction and non-fiction writing, reading and thrifting/antiquing with her husband.
