The Operations Division is headed by Vice President for Facilities, Planning and Sustainability Ian Smith and comprises AVI Catering, Bookstore, Campus Safety, the Kenyon Inn, Maintenance, Printing and Mail Services, and Summer Programs.
Requests for space made via Kenyon's event management system are reviewed and approved by Carol Duvall, executive assistant to the chief business officer. The Operations Division is based in Eaton Center North on the 2nd floor.
